Subcommittee Information

Who is the subcommittee that will oversee USCP? Should we expand to three individuals?

Subcommittee question - GE Chair, Chair Ethnic Studies, Chair Women's Studies, Are there other folks we want to see on the committee?

The bulk of proposals come from CLA - Would we want a 3rd CLA person? Do we want a non-CLA person?

Timeline/Questions for USCP Assessment

Viewing of existing USCP courses - Who will be handling the new assessment/course review process?
This could be reviewed by ASCC or GEGB, this group would be an advisory group.
Timeline confirmation for resolution, we should put in proposal what the review would look like? Set a large timeframe 2-3 years?

Assessment Plans - Timeline

2017/18 - would assessment begin on existing classes?
Will this be a single level review, or will it have to go back to dept/college,GEGB?
Suggestion: Depends on timing of course renewal process
Focus less on approval process, focus instead on syllabi, could potentially collect syllabi
Action Item: Follow up with Michael Lucas on USCP previous review- Was there a report?
